• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience across automobile liability and insurance defense.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills with ability to manage a caseload.

• Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings and mediations.
• Support trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses throughout proceedings.
• Maintain case strategy and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
