Job summary

GAINSCO Auto Insurance® is seeking a skilled Claims Representative to join our team. In this role, you will investigate, evaluate, and settle auto claims, working with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others to resolve claims while upholding state regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to manage time while prioritizing multiple tasks.

• Experience in auto insurance claims is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and settle auto insurance claims.
• Work with insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others to resolve claims.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Assign field appraisers and gather documentation such as police reports and estimates.
• Handle a high volume of claims with efficiency and organization.
