City and County of Honolulu's Honolulu Board of Water Supply seeks a Claims Management Specialist in Honolulu. You will independently handle claims under self-insured programs, including liability and automobile claims, from investigation through final resolution.

Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in investigating and settling liability, property damage, and/or automobile claims.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, adjust, and settle liability and automobile claims.
• Respond to incidents, conduct site inspections, gather evidence, and determine liability and damages.
• Coordinate with attorneys, insurance carriers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve claims and pursue subrogation opportunities.
• Maintain claim files, prepare reports, process settlement payments, and support the department's risk management program.
• Other duties as assigned for this position.
