Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Quantitative Analysis Lead to support a consumer lending growth focus and data-driven acquisition strategies within the financial services sector. This on-site/hybrid role is located in McLean, VA, and will drive analytics initiatives to expand an auto loan portfolio.

The role requires 7+ years in quantitative/portfolio analytics, strong Python, Snowflake, SQL skills, and a track record in customer segmentation and campaign measurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, campaign analytics, marketing analytics, or portfolio analytics.
• Experience supporting auto lending or consumer lending.
• Strong proficiency with Python, Snowflake, SQL and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance customer segmentation strategies for auto loan acquisition and cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze lending portfolio performance including balances, prepayment, delinquency, churn and profitability.
• Partner with marketing, lending, and product teams to design, execute, and optimize targeted acquisition campaigns.
• Build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated analytics workflows.

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Quantitative Analysis Lead to support a company focused on consumer lending growth and data-driven acquisition strategies within the financial services industry. This position is on-site/hybrid at McLean, VA. The Quantitative Analysis Lead will lead analytics initiatives that drive auto loan portfolio growth through customer segmentation, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision making. This is an opportunity to play a key role in expanding a high-growth lending portfolio by partnering with business leaders, marketers, and analytics teams to identify and engage high-value customers.

Responsibilities for the Quantitative Analysis Lead include:

• Develop and enhance customer segmentation strategies focused on auto loan acquisition, refinancing, and cross-sell opportunities
• Analyze lending portfolio performance, including balances, prepayment trends, delinquency metrics, churn, and profitability
• Partner with marketing, lending, and product teams to design, execute, and optimize targeted acquisition campaigns
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations to improve member acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth
• Build and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and automated analytics workflows using Python and Snowflake

Required Qualifications for the Quantitative Analysis Lead include:

• 7+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, campaign analytics, marketing analytics, or portfolio analytics
• Experience supporting auto lending, consumer lending, credit card portfolios, or related financial services products
• Strong proficiency with Python, Snowflake, SQL, dashboarding, and data analysis tools
• Experience developing customer segmentation models, propensity analysis, campaign measurement, and portfolio performance reporting
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field

Compensation for the Quantitative Analysis Lead includes:

• Salary Range: 115,000-135,000 **depending on experience**
