FirstBank in Puerto Rico is seeking an Analyst to support the Auto Lending Services Department through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and audit support. You will collaborate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Technology to drive informed decision-making and regulatory readiness.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination to enhance customer experience and control environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in project, credit, compliance, portfolio, or enterprise risk management/audit.
• Strong Excel skills and banking policies knowledge.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a liaison between the Auto Business Unit and Compliance/ERM teams.
• Support regulatory reviews, regulatory initiatives, and action plans.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate potential impacts to stakeholders.
• Assist with risk assessments, control monitoring, and compliance testing activities.
• Maintain documentation and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain operational, sales, credit, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Analyze trends, portfolio performance, production metrics, and operational results.
• Coordinate internal, external, and regulatory audit requests.
• Gather supporting documentation and track audit deliverables.
• Monitor audit findings and remediation plans.
• Support ongoing audit readiness efforts.
• Participate in strategic initiatives, automation efforts, and process improvement projects.
