Vann York Auto Group is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage and optimize the dealership's vehicle inventory across online and onsite listings. You will ensure accurate stock levels, proper presentation, and consistent listing quality for both new and used vehicles.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to maintain up-to-date, appealing vehicle descriptions and images for marketing and sales purposes.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and software.
• Experience handling handheld devices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately stock new and used vehicles in the dealership inventory systems.
• Maintain clear communication with managers and teammates.
• Organize and track vehicle keys in the key management system.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned and presented before listing photos and online postings.
• Ensure all vehicles display Buyer’s Guides on the lot and online.
• Audit online listings for accuracy and completeness.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify serial numbers.
• Capture high-quality vehicle photos per company standards.
• Upload photos and write engaging descriptions for listings.
