Flow Companies of Charlottesville is seeking an Inventory Manager to oversee the presentation, merchandising, and management of new and used vehicle inventory at the Charlottesville dealership. You will ensure inventory is accurately represented on the lot and online, with precise descriptions and professional photographs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in automotive dealership inventory.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software programs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the display and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory both at the dealership and across online platforms and the dealership website
• Ensure each vehicle has an accurate description and the required photographs for online listings
• Take and upload 40+ professional photographs of each vehicle
• Ensure all manufacturer and State of Virginia required items and materials are properly displayed
• Monitor and maintain accurate and up to date vehicle pricing both online and on applicable dealership inventory
• Regularly inspect inventory conditions and follow vehicles through the reconditioning process, including service and detail
• Work closely with the used and new sales managers to ensure inventory is properly managed and presented
• Monitor and maintain dealership key tracker machines
• Assist with transporting vehicles between dealership locations as needed
• Maintain organization and accuracy across multiple inventory management systems and software programs
