This role ensures accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing across platforms and coordinates with sales leadership to optimize inventory flow through reconditioning.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous automotive dealership or inventory management experience.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate multiple software programs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks.
• Professional and effective communication through meetings, emails, and texts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the display and presentation of new and used vehicle inventory at the dealership and online platforms.
• Ensure each vehicle has accurate descriptions and required photographs for online listings.
• Take and upload 40+ professional photographs of each vehicle.
• Ensure all manufacturer and Virginia state required items are properly displayed.
• Monitor and maintain accurate vehicle pricing online and in the inventory system.
• Inspect inventory conditions and manage the reconditioning process, including service and detail.
• Coordinate with sales managers to ensure proper inventory management and presentation.
• Monitor and maintain dealership key tracker machines.
• Assist with transporting vehicles between locations as needed.
• Maintain organization across multiple inventory management systems and software programs.
