Job summary

VETTX in Jesup, GA is hiring an Automotive BDC / Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to drive high-volume outreach and lead management for acquiring inventory from private sellers. You will contact sellers online and by phone, gather vehicle data, and schedule in-store appraisal appointments.

Ideal candidates have automotive sales, BDC, internet sales, or SaaS sales experience. You will build rapport, manage multiple leads, and coordinate pricing direction with dealership leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outreach and sales is preferred.
• Experience in BDC, internet sales, automotive sales, or SaaS sales is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with organization.

Responsibilities

• Contact private vehicle sellers via phone, text, and online messaging.
• Work leads from marketplaces and online platforms to generate appointments.
• Collect vehicle information and ownership details for appraisal scheduling.
• Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
• Coordinate with management on pricing direction and follow up to convert leads.
• Track activity and lead status in the VETTX platform.
• Meet daily and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
