Plymouth Rock Assurance in Boston, MA is hiring a Customer Service & Claims Associate to join our Personal Lines team. You will help customers, agents, and reporting parties via phone, email, text, and chat, assisting with policy questions, accident reporting, and claim filing.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide extensive paid training and ongoing support to build knowledge of our auto insurance products and systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; strong communication skills.
• Working toward degree acceptable.
• Support customers across multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Serve as the initial point of contact after an auto accident.
• Support inquiries through phone, email, text, and chat.

• Create new auto claims files accurately and hand off to claims experts.
