Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening to handle inbound calls professionally.
• Sales experience with upsell ability and customer service mindset.
• Minimum 6 months in a sales role.
• Paid training including two weeks of licensing, three weeks of product training, and four weeks of ongoing training.
• Able to work 8‑hour shifts, 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays, 7:30am–12:30am EST.
• Background check required; must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
