Confie and its family of companies - Freeway, Baja, Bluefire & others - is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will grow earnings by adding homeowners or health products when applicable and build lasting client relationships.

The role includes comprehensive paid training, licensing support, and a strong benefits package in a high-volume, inbound-lead environment.

Competenze

• Licensed Personal Lines or Property and Casualty preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust.
• Excellent follow-up, organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
