The Abeloff Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated recruiter for a full-time, on-site role in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. You will source, screen and hire talent for our auto group, applying HR best practices and strong industry knowledge.

You will partner with managers, attend job fairs, maintain recruitment metrics and assist with onboarding. A minimum of 2 years in recruitment and solid knowledge of employment laws are preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience; auto industry preferred.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the dealerships.
• Use job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person screenings and interviews.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment and hiring.
• Maintain recruitment data and metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and job placement centers.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote Abeloff as an employer of choice.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
