You will partner with hiring managers, manage job postings, conduct screenings, and support onboarding, while ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the auto industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the dealerships.
• Utilize various recruitment sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person screenings and interviews.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment and hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job placement centers.
• Attend job fairs and other recruitment events to promote Abeloff as an employer of choice.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Job Summary

The Abeloff Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Recruiter. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for our Auto Group. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the auto industry and experience in human resources.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, salaried position with a compensation range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year. Salary will be paid biweekly. In addition, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and 401k options.
