Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle impounds in accordance with city ordinances, state law, and company procedures.
• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to vehicle owners and the public.
• Assist customers with impound inquiries, release procedures, and required documentation.
• Verify paperwork and accurately enter information into computer systems.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Perform general administrative duties as needed.
