Job summary

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers is seeking a Hood Technician to inspect and lubricate cars quickly and accurately for customers. You’ll work with certified technicians and service consultants to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to read instructions, and willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays. Pre-employment drug testing and background checks are part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and lubricate vehicles quickly and thoroughly.
• Perform multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Advise service consultant/tech for additional work.
• Inspect fluid levels, belts, hoses, and tires.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
