Job summary

Safelite is seeking skilled Auto Glass Technicians to perform repair, replacement, and ADAS recalibrations at Safelite Shops or Mobile Glass Shops. You will ensure safety, quality, and exceptional customer service while maintaining tools and vehicles.

Opportunities for Senior/Master Technician roles include mentoring and leading best practices. Typical duties include calibrations, diagnostics, and using Safelite’s systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred).
• Ability to recalibrate ADS and perform diagnostic testing.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide all vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Clean customer vehicles after every job.
• Recalibrating automotive safety systems, including trouble-shooting and completing diagnostic testing.
• Proficiently operate Safelite’s tools and technologies (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS, chemicals, and MRM).
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles.
• Communicate with customers in person, by text, and on the phone; promote Safelite services.
• Senior/Master Technician provide mentorship and coaching.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
