Job summary

Safelite Group in Jackson, WY is seeking an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee to join our hands-on apprenticeship program. You will learn to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate safety systems, and support customers with a positive, safety-conscious approach.

Through paid training, you will earn Safelite SafeTech certification and progress toward technician levels based on performance, quality, and customer satisfaction while receiving benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate company vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apprentice the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training.
• Assist in installing and repairing auto glass and recalibrating safety systems.
• Study and pass testing to become Safelite-certified Technician.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely.
• Support colleagues and maintain professional customer interactions.
