Abra Auto Glass Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Auto Glass Technician to join our family-owned team. The role focuses on glass repair and installation with an emphasis on quality and customer service, Monday through Friday, day shift, no weekends.

We value 3+ years of experience, thorough knowledge of glass types, adhesives, and installation methods, and the ability to work independently or with a trainer to complete jobs, while maintaining a valid driver's license.

We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
• ability to work independently to complete jobs.
• A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter.
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license in order to drive any customer or company vehicle.
• Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently.
• Ability to problem solve while working independently
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Show strong attention to detail

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
