We are looking for team members that meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience
• Thorough knowledge in glass repair processes
• Ability to work independently to complete jobs
• A person who can deliver quality repair with a commitment to total detail in their work while training and thereafter
• Must maintain a valid state driver's license to drive any customer or company vehicle
• Must be dependable and able to work with a trainer and independently
• Ability to problem solve while working independently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in a fast-pace environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Show strong attention to detail
• Show strong knowledge automotive glass types, adhesives, & installation methods

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.

Compensation for this role is dependent upon previous experience. As a company we are very competitive in the collision industry.
