Glass America is seeking an Auto Glass Technician Trainee in Charlotte to learn professional glass installation and repair skills. You will work under mentorship to perform safe, high-quality installations while focusing on customer service and personal safety.

The role emphasizes use of a mobile app for work orders, following company procedures, and maintaining a clean driving record. No prior extensive experience is required, but basic tools and a willingness to learn are needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Willingness to use mobile app for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass following AGRSS Standard.
• Follow WOW plan and coordinate with Glass Manager.
• Maintain safety, quality and customer service.
• Calibrate cameras after replacement.
• Keep company vehicle clean and stocked.
