Job summary

Glass America in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking a Glass Technician Trainee to professionally install auto glass according to the AGRSS standard. Your trainer will teach you the techniques used by pros to deliver safe, high-quality installations with a focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service.

You will follow the WOW plan, communicate with the Glass Manager/Dispatcher, use proper tools, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow WOW plan and ensure consistent execution.
• Coordinate with Glass Manager/Dispatcher on installation issues.
• Use proper tools to complete in-shop or mobile installations with high quality.
• Maintain safe driving record and keep company vehicle clean and stocked.
• Use mobile app for paperwork and daily funds reconciliation.
