Job summary

Safelite is seeking technicians at Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician levels to service vehicle glass at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop. You will perform repairs, replacements, and recalibration with emphasis on safety and quality; coaching may be involved at higher levels.

Candidates should have 2+ years glass experience for Technician and more for senior/master; high school diploma; valid driver's license; strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• 2+ years experience as Auto Glass Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle glass repair and replacement at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and conduct diagnostic testing as needed.
• Operate Safelite tools and technologies (MRM, GTS, True Seal) and manage work orders.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with customers in person, by text, and by phone.
