Job summary

Safelite is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to use our technology to complete vehicle glass repairs. You will embody the Safelite Spirit with a can-do attitude, caring heart, and service mindset while delivering the highest quality standards.

Learn the Safelite Way of Fitting, repair chips and cracks, manage work orders with Safelite MRM, and assist in shop duties. This role includes driving duties monitored by cameras and GPS, and requires a valid driver’s license and SafeTech

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Valid driver's license and any other licenses required to operate company vehicle.
• On-the-job training and Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in the classroom and hands-on training.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, documentation, and customer communication through Safelite MRM.
• Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers.
• Safely operate company vehicles, tools, and chemicals used during the workday.
• Complies with policies and standards.
