Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is seeking a certified Repair Specialist I to learn and perform vehicle glass repairs using industry-leading technology. You will handle customer interactions, manage work orders, and maintain high quality service while upholding Safelite standards.

Responsibilities include repairing chips and cracks, using the MRM system, and promoting Safelite services. A High School diploma, valid license, and SafeTech certification are required; training and tools are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• On-the-job Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair vehicle glass in classroom and hands-on settings under supervision.
• Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass issues on customer vehicles.
• Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication using Safelite MRM tech.
• Clean vehicle during wait times and perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools.
