Job summary

Safelite Group, Inc. is hiring an Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and calibrations at both shop and mobile settings. You’ll use Safelite’s training and tools to deliver safe, high‑quality service and excellent customer experiences.

You will recalibrate safety systems, troubleshoot with diagnostic tools, and handle customer communications. The role requires lifting, driving, and flexibility in start/end times to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate company vehicles.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and technology and handle customer administration tasks.
• Safely drive company and customer vehicles and maintain professional appearance.
• Communicate with customers in person, via text, and by phone; promote Safelite services.
• Complete additional duties as assigned and follow policies.
