Glass America Elmhurst, IL seeks an Inside Sales Representative to deliver excellent customer service, handle inbound calls, prepare quotes, and recommend Glass America products to meet customer needs. You will document calls, process orders, and schedule appointments while working with the team to hit targets.

You’ll also handle follow-ups on estimates and provide support when teammates are unavailable, with opportunities for commission alongside base pay based on performance and company

Qualifikationen

• Call center, customer service, or sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Background check/MVR and drug screening may be required.

Aufgaben

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide customers with auto glass product and service information.
• Provide customers with estimates, make sales, schedule appointments, and process orders.
• Document all call and sale information.
• Make follow-up sales calls on all estimates that have been written and not sold.
• Assist with handling work for peers who are not available or are out of the office.
• Consistently meet all metrics established for the ISRs.
