Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Consumer and Community Bank Corporate Development team is seeking an Associate to support strategic investments, evaluate opportunities, and drive projects across the full lifecycle of acquisitions.

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful analyses and recommendations. You will create and refine financial models and executive-ready presentations, conduct due diligence, and synthesize data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, management consulting, or similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint; ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Strong financial modeling skills; proficient in Excel and valuation techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Effective verbal and written communication; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate to New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modeling and valuation analyses for investments, acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and investment memos for senior management and executive leadership.
• Support due diligence with market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to drive project execution.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Track industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities relevant to CCB.
