Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ years in auto finance underwriting or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of auto finance industry, credit trends and analytics.
• Ability to work independently with solid time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and dealer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase dealer portfolio revenue by applying sound underwriting and risk principles.
• Negotiate contracts using high-touch and high-tech capabilities.
• Demonstrate market awareness, active listening and adaptability with dealers.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, limited travel, and weekends.
• Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days at home within 40 miles of Cranberry Township PA.
