Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group in Moberly, MO is seeking a Sales & Finance Manager to lead the financial process and drive deals to funding. You will explain aftermarket products, structure deals, and partner with lenders to secure approval while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Special Finance, subprime lending experience desirable.
• Must complete a background and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Explain aftermarket products and extended Service Contracts and help customers choose.
• Submit paperwork to obtain approvals from finance sources and lenders.
• Maintain relationships with financing sources including manufacturers.
• Prepare and mail deal packages with complete documentation to lenders.
• Audit deals post-sale and ensure expeditious funding of contracts.
• Follow the Ed Morse Steps to the Sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
