Job summary

Ally’s Internship Program offers an 11-week paid experience connecting students with diverse teams across the country. You will gain hands-on experience, mentoring, and exposure to leadership as you move from educated to experienced.

You’ll participate in project-based work, orientation sessions, mentoring, and networking, with a pathway to Early Talent or full-time roles upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergrad program.
• Major/Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking, collaboration, learning agility.
• Available for the full duration of the internship program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Have hands-on experience and project-based work.
• Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort.
• Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events.
• Network with peers, your team, and Ally colleagues.
• Lead an end-of-assignment presentation.
