Job summary

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County is seeking a Finance & Insurance Consultant to process credit applications and manage finance paperwork for vehicle transactions. You will review documents with customers at delivery and promote products like service agreements, paint/fabric protection, and road hazard coverage.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, excellent communication, and a clean driving record; PA Vehicle Sales license can be supported if needed.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior automotive dealership and/or finance experience preferred.
• PA Vehicle Sales license; we will help you acquire if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications and submit to financial institutions for approval.
• Fill out and organize all state and finance paperwork for vehicle transactions.
• Review paperwork with customers at the time of delivery.
• Explain benefits of additional products such as service agreements, protection plans, and road hazard coverage.
