Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related appraisal experience.
• Valid State driver''s license, clear MVR, and Appraisal License.
• Ability to work independently within given limits and authority.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and scheduling needs.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve issues fairly.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and virtual inspections of vehicle damage as part of the claim adjusting process.
• Prepare written repair cost estimates using company guidelines and regulations.
• Negotiate cost-effective repair figures with service providers.
• Conduct timely supplemental inspections for additional damage.
• Identify fraud indicators and apply knowledge of policy coverage.
