Reynolds' Subaru in Lyme, CT seeks an experienced Auto Detail Manager to lead the detailing department and ensure every vehicle meets our high standards of excellence. This hands-on role drives daily operations, trains staff, and coordinates with Sales and Service to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience required.
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities
