Reynolds' Subaru in Lyme, CT is seeking an experienced Auto Detail Manager to lead our detailing department and ensure every vehicle meets high quality standards. This full-time role offers $24 hourly, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive detailing required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the detailing department.
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the detailing team.
• Maintain high-quality detailing standards for all vehicles.
• Inspect completed vehicles to ensure dealership expectations.
• Coordinate workflow with Sales and Service departments to meet deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and detailing supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
