Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in California
• 3-8 years of defense litigation experience
• Strong writing, communication, and client-management skills
• Experience handling personal injury, transportation, auto, general liability, or catastrophic injury matters preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse litigation caseload from inception through resolution
• Take and defend depositions, attend court appearances and mediations
• Develop litigation strategy and serve as trusted advisor to clients
• Work on auto defense, transportation defense, general liability, and catastrophic injury matters
