Job summary

Rydell Chevrolet in Waterloo, IA is seeking an Automotive Dealership Receptionist to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role offers employee benefits and a competitive hourly wage of $16–$17 based on experience.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries. Excellent communication, dependability, and attention to detail are essential as you support a busy dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using a multi-line phone system.

• Direct inquiries to the appropriate department and take accurate messages.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception/work area and support team with admin duties.
• Assist with scheduling service appointments when needed.
