Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow receptionist/cashier processes.
• Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, filing, and mail.
• Receive visitors and determine their business.
• Update telephone directory.
• Direct clients to lounge and to appropriate staff for vehicle status updates.
• Diffuse client concerns and route to the right team member.
• Monitor demo car keys and log reports.
• Attend department meetings.
