Burlington Kia is looking for a motivated associate to help customers arrange financing and present add-on products to enhance vehicle ownership. You will structure deals that maximize profitability and collectability while ensuring compliance with title laws and registration processes.

Responsibilities include desk deals, lender submissions, credit decisions, and closing deals, with strict adherence to legal guidelines.

Qualificações

• Experience in dealership management, automotive sales, retail sales, warranty processing or customer service/support are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Help customers arrange financing and present additional products to enhance vehicle ownership.
• Structure deals for profitability and collectability.
• Be proficient with title laws and registration process.
• Desk deals, submit to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
• Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Audit team deals post-sale.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
