Thomas Auto Group is seeking an experienced Accounting Biller/Clerk to join our finance team. You will prepare and process accounting entries for car deals, manage lien payoffs, and assist with license and title work.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. We offer paid time off, a 401(k) matching up to 5%, and affordable health/vision/dental insurance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in automotive dealership billing, accounting, or license & title processing.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Process accounting entries for retail and wholesale car deals.
• Manage lien payoffs in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with license and title processing (Illinois & Indiana experience preferred).
• Support the accounting team with additional duties as assigned.
