Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify accuracy of geometric shapes, details and parts in the CAD system.
• Able to measure and recognize fabric repeats.
• PC experience and working knowledge of Excel and Word.

• Detailed-Organized – able to take notes for referral.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Lectra and hand cutting experience a plus.

LOCATION: PLANT 3

Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis

Overview of Responsibilities:

CAD Tech’s will lay parts and pieces of the pattern to make the different variances for the fabric size, design, etc., to get the best yield and layout of the fabric for the cutting operators to be able to use to cut material specific to customers’ orders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of Furniture CAD required Formaris and Diaminio
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Ability to work full-time
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to stand for 10 hours
• Able to use hand tools/air tools/staple gun for 8 hours
