Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville seeks a Service Runner & Greeter for a full-time, hourly role. You will be the first friendly face for customers and help guide them to the right service areas. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, escorting them to service bays, keeping the waiting area tidy, supporting service advisors, and maintaining knowledge of dealership policies. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area
• Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area
• Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary
