Job summary

Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville is seeking a Service Runner & Greeter to provide exceptional customer service at our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position offering competitive compensation and benefits, with you contributing as an individual contributor to ensure a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, guiding them to the right department, escorting them to their vehicles after service, keeping the waiting area clean, and assisting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area.
• Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
• Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services.
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
