Jeff Belzer's Auto Group in Roseville, MN is seeking a Service Runner & Greeter. This full-time, hourly role delivers outstanding customer service as the first contact guests have with our dealership.

You will greet customers, guide them to the right department, escort them to their vehicles after service, and help maintain a welcoming waiting area. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Mon-Fri, 6:30am-3:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area
• Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area
• Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary

Job Summary:

The Service Runner & Greeter at JeffBelzer's Auto Group in Roseville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with a higher starting potential for candidates with experience. In addition, the Service Runner & Greeter will have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
