Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fixed scheduling: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a positive first impression of the dealership.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area.
• Escort customers to their vehicles after servicing.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
• Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as necessary.

Job Summary:

The Service Runner & Greeter at JeffBelzer's Auto Group in Roseville is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all individuals visiting our dealership. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry that offers competitive compensation and benefits. As an individual contributor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with a higher starting potential for candidates with experience. In addition, the Service Runner & Greeter will have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of our dealership
• Direct customers to the appropriate department or service area
• Escort customers to their vehicles after they have been serviced
• Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area
• Assist service advisors with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain knowledge of dealership policies, procedures, and services
• Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as necessary

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the auto industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fixed scheduling to promote a healthy work/life balance (Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm)
