Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, or computer science
• 12+ years of analytics, data science, quantitative modeling, strategy, or business intelligence experience including significant leadership
• Proven track record building and leading large analytics teams delivering measurable business outcomes
• Strong expertise in ML, predictive analytics, and advanced analytics methodologies
• Experience applying generative AI and automation to business problems
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross-functional initiatives

Responsibilities

• Define and execute analytics strategy for Chase Auto Commercial Solutions, leveraging AI and automation to drive growth and efficiency
• Lead dealer acquisition, relationship deepening, portfolio optimization, and sales effectiveness initiatives
• Develop analytical solutions informing strategy, segmentation, profitability, and competitive positioning
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities and data products to improve decision making
• Partner with Product, Technology, Data, Risk, and Finance to deliver scalable analytics solutions
• Establish governance and measurement frameworks to ensure rigor and responsible AI practices
• Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for executive leadership
