Job summary

OpenRoad Allard Collision LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a motivated Shop Manager to lead daily auto-collision repair operations, ensure efficiency, and drive profit while maintaining exceptional customer service.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit operations leadership, strong P&L and KPI skills, and hands-on supervision of staff. Travel between sites is expected; familiarity with CCC One and related tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-unit operations leadership in auto collision.
• Strong understanding of P&L, cycle time, repair operations, and KPI management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience using CCC One, Repair Planning Software, and Central Review Systems.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of an auto-collision repair shop.
• Achieve revenue and profit goals and monitor WIP levels.
• Review Final Quality Control outcomes for consistency.
• Lead and develop shop staff and foster a performance-driven culture.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain facility upkeep.
