Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring a Porter to prep customer vehicles before delivery and keep the shop, office, and production areas clean and orderly. You will help maintain the WOW standard across the facility and support the vehicle prep process from wash-through to final detailing.

The position emphasizes multitasking in a fast-paced collision repair environment, requires a valid driver’s license, and welcomes individuals 18+ with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years or older
• Valid Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior and floors.
• Maintain daily production area housekeeping and tool organization.
• Keep parking lots and grounds neat and orderly.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
