Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support our collision and glass repair teams by keeping customer vehicles, shop interiors, and office areas clean and organized. You will pre-wash vehicles before repairs, perform post-repair cleaning, and help transport vehicles to sublet locations as needed, all while upholding the WOW standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED (preferred), the ability to multitask, and a valid driver’s license; automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years or older; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including garbage, floors, and countertops.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area, waste disposal, and tool storage.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
