Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support vehicle preparation and cleaning before delivery. You will help maintain both the shop and office, ensuring vehicles are pre-washed prior to repairs and cleaned after work is completed.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with a valid driver’s license, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to multitask. Automotive experience is a plus and a physical role requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the office interior and production areas.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.
